Screen Printing

Best for bulk orders, simple artwork, strong durability, and lower cost per shirt at higher quantities.

Screen Setup Fee: $25 per color, per design.

Screen printing is usually the better move when you are ordering higher quantities and your design uses fewer colors. For full-color artwork, small runs, or complicated designs, DTF is usually the better starting point.

Vinyl Heat Transfers

Best for names, numbers, simple one-color designs, staff shirts, teams, and one-off custom pieces.

• Multi-color layered vinyl: $15–$25 per placement
• Great for names, numbers, team gear, simple logos, and personalization

Stickers and Labels
